Betsy
Betsy is a Registered Yoga Teacher trained in an eclectic style of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes breath, alignment and compassion. She began her Yoga practice
in 1999 through a love for dance and movement and has stayed with Yoga for the peaceful journey it brings to life. Betsy studied with the Living Yoga Program
(200-hour Yoga Alliance approved training) and is inspired by Anusara Yoga’s heart celebrating approach that allows our intrinsic goodness to rain down. She
enjoys teaching Yogis of all levels.

Bonnie
Senior Teacher Bonnie trained at the Sivananda Ashram, Val Morin, Quebec with Swami Vishnudevananda. She has taught both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga since 1982.
Bonnie feels Yoga helps people on many levels -- physical health, breathing issues, relieving stress, alleviating clinical depression and lifting up
consciousness. She has been teaching her graceful, gentle Yoga at St. Mark's since 1985.

Christine R.
Christine R. welcomes all levels to her class, which emphasizes finding Peace within through asana and pranayama, helping students distinguish between effort
and tension and bring ease to their poses. Christine loves to infuse her class with playfulness and anatomy of Yoga. Her practice began at St. Mark's in 1993,
and she currently is Director of the Yoga Center. She is an Integral Yoga Hatha III instructor and Yoga Alliance RYT500.

Christine M. Stackpole is trained in the Sivananda tradition and has been practicing Yoga since 2001. She is currently exploring Ashtanga and Iyengar
Yoga. Christine enjoys melding these different styles of Hatha Yoga to create a joyful, focused and healthy practice.

Kelly
Kelly completed her Yoga teacher training with Erich Schiffmann and continues to study with him. Kelly teaches students to do their own Yoga with a sense of
joy so that it actually feels good doing it. Her classes are known for creative flows, cool and eclectic music and playful humor. Kelly’s students also benefit
from her knowledge of health, healing and anatomy gained as a natural health practitioner.

Paul
Paul infuses his class with deep knowledge gained through personal practice and a sense of humor and play. His Hatha classes mix background in Iyengar
alignment principles with Vinyasa flow sequencing. The result is a class which is challenging yet accessible. Paul directed the Yoga Center for ten years and
currently serves as Administrator and Board Chair. He has been teaching at St. Marks since 1993.

Shermaine
Shermaine's background includes martial arts, distance running, and aerobics. After an operation and recovery for a serious spinal cord injury, she came to
Yoga to help heal her body…what she received was much more! Her passion for the practice fueled her desire to continue learning and share her knowledge and joy
by teaching. Shermaine is primarily trained in Power Vinyasa Yoga and has experience in Bikram and Ashtanga. Her class is challenging and energetic,
lighting a fire within.
