• Acting upon the recommendation of the Worship Committee, the Vestry voted to continue indefinitely the 10:30 Coffee Hour instituted during Epiphany this year.
  
  
• The Finance Committee recommended and the vestry approved two changes to the 2004 St. Mark’s budget. The first adjusts the budget to incorporate the negotiated salary and benefits for the new Associate Rector, the Reverend Shearon Sykes Williams. The second allocates $2400 to support the weekly purchase of food for the newly instituted Coffee Hour. (See adjusted budget in the Financial section)
  
  
• The Rector presented to the Vestry for their approval and signature the Parochial Report required to be submitted annually to the Diocese of Washington. The report contains St. Mark’s data for the year 2003. Copies of the report may be seen at Baxter House.
